Interested in Dynasty Vacation Club membership?
Dynasty Vacation Club is a group of friends with like interests who contribute their efforts and resources to enhance the quality of their travel and recreation lifestyles. Members enjoy group travel opportunities, provided at cost, joint ownership of vacation homes and regular or monthly opportunities for fellowship and recreation.
Dynasty Vacation Club membership is extended by invitation from an existing member and subject to approval. Principles upon which membership is granted include:
- Interest in participating in the recreational and travel lifestyle, whether done in opulence or on a budget
- Ability to meet the financial obligations of membership
- Stated commitment to supporting openness and acceptance of all people, prohibiting discrimination based on American ideals including alternative lifestyles and a broad range of expressions of love and family
- Sponsorship by one or more current club members (with one exception, see below)
There are several classes of membership. Depending on your interest in participating only in travel opportunities, investment opportunities or whether there is a Dynasty Vacation Club location in your area, membership obligations reflect the financial and participatory needs of the membership class.
The exception to the sponsorship requirement is for organized travel membership. One is not required to have member sponsorship prior to membership to participate in our group travel opportunities, however membership is required.
Open to anyone who meets the other requirements, group travel is an excellent way to make new friends within the club, and to then grow into the opportunity to participate in the benefits of other classes of membership. Group travel membership is also a one-time commitment to membership fees, while other classes of membership require ongoing financial obligations to support the ongoing opportunities provided by the club.
The long term vision for the Dynasty Vacation Club includes club houses and country clubs in metropolitan areas offering recreation, dining and friendship for all styles of families and individuals, a worldwide network of single family homes, apartments and timeshares that are owned by the club and available for members to use, a broad range of travel opportunities offered without the huge markups applied by most tour operators, and retirement communities where the Dynasty Vacation Club attitude and lifestyle will remain a part of all phases of life.
